About

Hi there, I’m Tammy!

I help women transform their lives one habit at a time!

I help women overwhelmed by grief find their way out of the clutter. I learned to live better with less. Less mess, less stress, less fat, and less chaos. I can invite friends in when they knock on my door. I can play on the shore with the people I love. I can relax at the end of the day with a good book, knowing I have tomorrow taken care of.

But i didn’t start that way!

My best friend laughed out loud when I told her I was thinking about organizing professionally. She knew all the things I was juggling. I was reading all the books, learning new systems, and being purposeful with my time. I was ready for a change. As I started looking for solutions, I realized I had a lot of my life under control!  I’ve always had neatly folded linens, organized spices, and color-coordinated planters on my front porch. I like order, it brings me peace. I wasn’t disorganized, I just wasn’t focused!

that’s exactly why I want to help you find peace too!

Coming up with a plan of action was what I needed to eliminate minimize my stress. It didn’t come naturally to me; that’s how I know I can teach you to live a more peaceful life! I’ve been married 40+ years to that cute guy I saw on the school bus in 10th grade. I have two grown sons, as well as parents, extended family, and the VERY BEST friends to support me. You need a support system too. My life has taken some interesting turns; some were predictable, some tragic, and there have been miracles throughout. I want to share my blessings with you!

I’ve spent my entire professional career helping others make real, lasting behavior changes for their health—first as a dental hygienist and now as a health and habit coach. With a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, specializing in research and education, I bring both scientific knowledge and practical strategies to guide you toward transformation.

I’m a science nerd who loves diving into peer-reviewed research, and I’m addicted to personal improvement books and podcasts —always learning, and growing. Becoming a coach isn’t just a second career, it is a calling. I loved being coached to become a coach, and helping others to improve their lives is truly a privilege. Now I’m here to help YOU make the shift toward living your best life—healthier, lighter, and more in control.
